Pioneer Fd, Fy, and Hd: three codes from the leak detector

Pioneer assigns three different codes to the refrigerant detector. Fd reports a detector fault, Fy reports refrigerant leakage detected, and Hd reports that the leak detector is detecting refrigerant.
